Individual Therapy
Peter Ascough, MA, ACP
Peter's individual counselling is integrative and person-centred.
He uses numerous approaches, including Emotionally Focused Therapy, Attachment, Narrative Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
Some of Peter's practice areas include anxiety and worry, depression, relationship conflicts, life situations and changes, grief, self-esteem, emotional regulation, guilt, and shame. He is also open to exploring other challenges that may be being faced in life.
For those who are interested, Peter is a counsellor who provides opportunities for integrating faith and spirituality into their lives. He also enjoys working with those of other faiths or those for whom faith or spirituality are not important at all.

Couple Therapy
Peter Ascough, MA, ACP
Peter is certified in level one Gottman Therapy as well as a certified facilitator in Prepare/Enrich. His areas of counselling include marriage enrichment, pre-marital counselling, conflict resolution, and navigating life transitions.

Peter provides a warm, welcome and safe environment for you to explore whatever life circumstances may be affecting you at this time and he looks forward to walking with you and assisting you in finding hope and healing.

Spiritual Direction

Spiritual Direction offers the opportunity to turn your attention towards God and how God is showing up in your life. We provide a warm and welcoming space to allow for silence and conversation as together, we become more aware of where God wants to bring hope, peace and clarity to your spiritual journey.
We offer opportunities to explore different aspects or challenges of life, discernment for life decisions, or how to live your life with more intention and awareness of the things that are important to you. As Spiritual Directors, we enjoy engaging with people as they are invited to explore the sacred aspects of their lives. Sometimes the invitations come in mundane and conventional ways and sometimes they come in surprising and unexpected ways.
50 minute session - $70
